If the complaint is regarding the taste or quality of the product, we will refer the issue to the respective producer and make suitable efforts to resolve it.
If you receive the product in an unsatisfactory condition or if the package is found tampered with or damaged before delivery, please email us at support@konkanaura.com with your order number and relevant photographs within 24 hours of the package delivered at your address. After verification, if the claim is found to be genuine, we will issue a coupon code for the amount pertaining the unsatisfactory shipment. You can utilise the coupon code for future purchases on the website. The coupon code cannot be encashed or refunded.
In case, for some reasons you have to cancel your order, please email us at support@konkanaura.com
If we receive your cancellation request before the shipment has been shipped, we will refund you the entire amount. However, once the order has been shipped I.e if we hand it over to the delivery person, we will not be in a position to execute your cancellation. Since these are food products, the loss of shelf life/transit damage will make them unsuitable for reuse or resale.
In case of valid cancellation request, the refund will be done in the same method in which the payment was received, within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by a customer or if we find the transaction violating the terms and conditions of the website, we at our sole discretion will cancel such orders. We maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and deny access to them or cancel the orders placed by them.
All images on the website are for representational purpose. The end product may slightly vary due to various reasons such as, change in seasons, raw materials used, cooking method, photographic light, etc.

Shipping and Delivery:
We are dedicated to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame.
In order to maintain quality of service, we ship through reputed courier partners and to the selective pin codes serviced by them. We ship throughout the week except Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays to prevent the lag in shipments.
Currently, the service charge has been levied on all the products on our website.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days post the order placement. Your shipment will be delivered to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
The delivery of your order depends upon various factors like natural calamities, traffic conditions, etc. However, in such cases, we will make sure, we deliver your order as early as possible and keep you updated for the changes, if any. We are not responsible for any unforeseen delay by the courier company to deliver your parcel, or if you are not available at the time of delivery.
To ensure efficient and convenient customer experience, there are additional services provided like secure packaging, help-desk for 100% resolution of your queries, movement of products, etc. However, with a view to promote local Konkan products and make them available throughout the country, we are selling the product with its original MRP. We donot charge the special e-commerce price or service charge.

Shipping Charge:
For reliable and hassle free courier service, we have tie-ups with the best courier companies in the industry. Therefore, we have a minimum shipping charge of Rs. 60 per item(Inclusive taxes).
No two offers or coupon codes can be combined at the time of placing an order.
